The initiators and food concept designer  Marjolein Wintjes & Eric Meursing, are offering a fresh approach to what’s happening on your plate and you are invited to shake up your culinary lifestyle. It’s a design studio for contemporary and inspirational food concepts & narratives at the cutting edge of food & art. The design studio has a restaurant section where you can book a so-called “eat inspiration”, a 5 course theme-based dinner experience.

Think you have tried it all in a restaurant? Wrong. De Culinaire Werkplaats in the heart of Amsterdam is a gallery of food and you can eat it. From their "culinary workshop” a continuous stream of pulses which is aimed at people willing to broaden their culinary perceptions is produced .
