the Cerruti style

Innovative, comfortable and easy to mix and match, Cerruti fabrics adapt easily to all styles in which the label shines ; the iconic suit evolves from one season to the next. Woven loosely, it takes on a relaxed air; fluid, it offers a freer silhouette; adjusted with a constructed shoulder-line, it reproduces a Cerruti classic.

Aldo Maria Camillo, Artistic Director, is the new Cerruti's driving force. The philosophy: a combination of 120 years of Italian tradition with the modernity of a typically Parisian fashion house. Camillo, was up to last summer the head menswear designer at Valentino and has previously worked at tailoring label Ermenegildo Zegna - where he was a senior designer of formalwear.

Cerruti is known for introducing a new type of masculine informal elegance, initially showcased in 1967 when the brand opened its Paris location. Unstructured silhouettes, suddenly free of superfluous linings and cumbersome shoulder pads, new textiles developed in the company’s production workshops, every detail helped prove beyond doubt the brand’s ability to capture and redefine the spirit of the times in menswear.
